Design and Fabric Sourcing
At this stage, you’ll be assigned with your own personal designers for consultation and to create your mock-ups design for your project. We are flexible on providing multiple revisions until you approve the designs. And at the same time, this is where we source your fabrics, trims and any necessary materials.
Pattern
Our pattern maker will interpret your approved design by preparing it through pattern pieces as per the specific body measurements with a set of instructions in order to create the style. We draft the patterns out manually and then digitally though a software system. This is a very crucial step to accomplishing the look and feel of your design.
Sample
This is the most vital stage of all the process as your prototype will be developed through a careful and thorough sampling sequence of laying, marking, cutting, stitching, sewing, quality control, and labeling. We can also implement all the different type of methods for digital/screen printing or embroidery. Custom packaging can also be provided upon request. The main objective is for you to approve the feel, look and fitting of the product to have it ready for bulk production (manufacturing).
Tech Pack
Once the sample has been approved, the final step is to create your Teck-pack . A tech-pack is a set of documents that contains all of the technical details and specification sheet that explains your final actual product in its entirety which is required for manufacturing.
